1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • If the product has been opened, it may still be returned only if:
    • The package was damaged during transit
    • The product is the wrong size and has not been assembled
  • Products that have been assembled may only be returned if they are incomplete and cannot be used as intended. Fully assembled products in working condition are not eligible for return.

Resalable condition means free from dirt, wear, alterations, or damage, and includes all original accessories and packaging components.

2. Initiating a Return

To request a return, customers must submit a request through our official Contact Form.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required if the product arrived damaged or is incomplete)

All returns must be approved by our support team before shipping. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

If the product is defective or damaged, Astreea will cover return shipping costs.

If the product is not defective (e.g., it does not fit well in your space), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

All items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Restocking and Inspection Fees

A restocking/inspection fee will apply to returns where the product is not defective:

  • 10% for Medium (M) and Large (L) sizes
  • 15% for Extra Large (XL) and Extra Extra Large (XLL) sizes

No inspection fee will apply to defective or damaged products.

5. Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval and product inspection.

Alternatively, store credit may be issued immediately upon approval, if preferred.

6. Non-Returnable Items

At this time, returns for custom-built or pre-order items are not addressed in this policy. Please refer to specific product descriptions for return eligibility, or contact our team with questions.

8. Policy Changes and Legal Rights

Astreea Americas LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
