2. U.S. Sales and Shipping Only

We sell and ship exclusively to customers within the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside the U.S. will not be accepted and will be canceled if received.

3. Orders, Pre-Orders, and Custom Builds

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. In the event an order is canceled after payment is made, we will issue a full refund. We may offer pre-orders or custom-built versions of the Astreea Igloo. Estimated delivery timelines for these will be communicated at checkout or via email. Delays in fulfillment do not automatically entitle the customer to cancel, unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of units ordered. Orders of more than three (3) Astreea Igloos qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional terms and surcharges may apply for freight deliveries as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing the return policy prior to purchase. That policy outlines all eligibility criteria, conditions, restocking fees, and shipping cost responsibilities.

6. Digital Downloads

Certain materials, such as product manuals or installation guides, may be available for download from this website. These materials are provided solely for informational use. They may not be copied, altered, distributed, or reused for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. User Accounts

Customers may create an account through our e-commerce platform hosted on Shopify. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.
