1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
We do not support international delivery at this time.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability.

During peak periods (e.g., seasonal promotions), processing time may be extended by an additional 3–5 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are unable to ship within 30 days of order, you will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on unit count and will be displayed at checkout:

  • $450 flat rate per unit (standard shipping)
  • Discounted shipping applies for multiple units
  • Free shipping is available for orders of three (3) or more igloos
  • Accessories may be shipped using standard or expedited methods, where applicable

Shipping charges for standard deliveries will be shown at checkout. However, additional surcharges may apply if your delivery location meets certain criteria outlined in Section 4 (e.g., remote areas, liftgate use, limited access, etc.).

We will notify you before shipping and seek your written consent before invoicing. If applicable, these charges will be communicated and invoiced prior to shipment. We do not issue shipping-related invoices after your order has already shipped.

4. Delivery Methods & Expectations

We partner with freight carriers for delivery of igloos and large-format products.

Residential deliveries are strictly curbside only. Delivery does not include placement on driveways, porches, or inside garages or buildings.

If your location involves any of the following delivery conditions:

  • More than 30 miles from a major city center
  • Gated communities or restricted access roads
  • Commercial addresses without receiving docks or forklifts
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
  • Liftgate equipment required at delivery

Additional delivery fees may apply.

Our team may contact you after your order is placed to confirm key delivery details. In such cases:

  • We will request clarification on delivery conditions (residential vs. commercial, forklift or liftgate needs, limited access)
  • If surcharges are required, they will be invoiced separately before shipment

We reserve the right to delay shipment until delivery conditions are confirmed and all applicable charges are paid.

Note: If you leave a comment or delivery instruction at checkout, our team will review it and contact you if follow-up is required.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, or if surcharges are declined by the customer, the order may be canceled and refunded minus applicable restocking or freight return fees.

Igloos are delivered via palletized freight shipments. Packaging materials, pallets, and crates are not removed by the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility to dispose of.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier availability. All delivery windows are non-binding and provided for reference only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier logistics
  • Weather or natural events
  • Regulatory inspections
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

7. Signature Requirement

All deliveries require a signature at time of delivery.

This policy helps protect both the customer and our company by ensuring safe, confirmed receipt of your order.

8. Responsibility for Delivery

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout
  • Being present or arranging someone to sign for delivery
  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible and properly disclosed during purchase

We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details or failure to receive the shipment.

9. Installation & Handling Disclaimer

Delivery does not include installation, assembly, site preparation, foundation work, anchoring, or securing of the igloo.

Customers are responsible for proper setup of the product after delivery, including:

  • Selecting a suitable installation surface or foundation
  • Anchoring the structure according to the installation manual
  • Ensuring safe assembly and adherence to all included instructions

Permits are generally not required for this product. However, local zoning laws, HOA rules, or municipal regulations may vary. Customers are responsible for verifying any applicable requirements before installation.

Astreea Americas LLC is not liable for any damage, personal injury, or property loss resulting from improper installation, failure to anchor, or site-specific issues.

10. Force Majeure

Astreea Americas LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, labor strikes, transportation or supply chain disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

11. Packaging & Pallet Delivery

Igloos are shipped on pallets or in large-format crates designed for freight transport. Customers must ensure that their location can accommodate curbside unloading of palletized shipments.

Carriers do not unpack, move, or dispose of packaging materials, pallets, or crates. Disposal is the responsibility of the customer.
