This article explains how shipping and delivery work for orders placed on the Astreea US eShop, what happens after your order is confirmed internally, and how to prepare for delivery based on your location and setup. Our goal is to guide you through the process and help you know what to expect at every step.

Where we ship

At this time, Astreea ships exclusively within the United States.
International delivery is not supported.

Order processing and dispatch

After you place an order on our website, you will receive a payment confirmation from Shopify. Your order then goes through an internal stock confirmation process with our fulfillment partner.

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after internal stock confirmation, subject to product availability. During peak periods or seasonal promotions, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Processing time refers to the period before your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Shipping and delivery timelines begin after dispatch.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the number of units in your order.

  • $450 flat rate per Igloo unit (standard shipping)

  • Discounted shipping applies for multiple units

  • Free shipping is available for orders of three (3) or more Igloos

  • Accessories may be shipped using standard or expedited methods, where applicable

All shipping charges are displayed and confirmed at checkout. No additional shipping invoices are issued after purchase.

Delivery methods and expectations

Astreea works with freight carriers for the delivery of Igloos and other large-format products.

Residential deliveries

Residential deliveries are curbside only. This means the shipment is delivered to the curb or nearest accessible point. Delivery does not include placement inside garages, driveways, or at the front door.

Astreea Igloo packages are large and heavy, depending on the size selected. Customers are responsible for moving the boxes from the curbside delivery point and for arranging adequate help or equipment to transport the packages to the installation area.

We strongly recommend planning ahead and ensuring you have sufficient assistance on delivery day.

If your delivery location is considered limited access, additional charges may apply. Limited access locations may include:

  • remote or rural areas

  • gated communities

  • locations more than 30 miles from a major city center

  • areas that are difficult to reach with freight vehicles

Any applicable charges are calculated at checkout.

Commercial deliveries

For commercial addresses, accurate delivery information is essential to avoid delays or additional charges.

When placing your order, please be prepared to specify whether your location has:

  • a loading dock

  • a forklift

  • restricted or limited access

If delivery limitations are not disclosed in advance, this may result in delays or extra fees at delivery.

If additional equipment such as a liftgate is required but not indicated during checkout, extra charges may apply and must be resolved before delivery can proceed.

Delivery timelines

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier availability. All delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are non-binding.

Delays may occur due to factors outside of Astreea’s control, including:

  • carrier scheduling or logistics

  • weather or natural events

  • regulatory inspections

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Shipment tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Signature at delivery

Depending on the carrier and delivery conditions, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure that you or a designated representative is available to receive the shipment.

Your role in a smooth delivery

To help ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers are responsible for:

  • providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • being available, or arranging someone to receive the shipment

  • ensuring the delivery location is accessible and properly described at checkout

  • planning in advance for moving and handling large packages after curbside delivery

Astreea is not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details or failure to receive the shipment.
